So many people have commented on your character, ingenuity, kindness, and competence. I fully agree and am deeply grateful for the expressions and support during this time. I've thought about trying to describe the depths of my heart and quickly realized it's impossible to put my feelings into the right words.

Tonight on one of our last SAT phone conversations for this race, I told you that I would follow you to the ends of the earth. What you've accomplished and how you've accomplished it is evidence of who you are. I respect and love you on so many more levels.
